2018 Heartland SUNDANCE 3700RLB Fifth Wheel

This Heartland Sundance fifth wheel features dual entry doors, two full baths, an outside kitchen, a loft, plus FIVE slide outs!
Step inside model 3700RLB and find a spacious combined kitchen and living room with dual opposing slide outs. There is a slide out refrigerator, a three burner range and counter space to the left of the main entry door. Overhead cabinets allow plenty of space for your kitchen items and more. The center island provides more prep space, plus it is the location of a double sink for quick and easy cleanup. There is also a bit more counter space along the interior wall just off the curb side slide out.
You can dine and relax opposite the door side seated at the slide out u-shaped dinette and/or sofa. Both can easily view the entertainment center along the interior wall where you can add a flat screen TV if you like.
Head up the steps to a front complete master bedroom and side aisle bath with additional bedroom access. The bath features two space saving sliding pocket doors. One from the hall, and one from within the front bedroom. Inside enjoy an angled shower, toilet, and vanity with sink.
The front master bedroom features a queen size bed slide out. There is a dresser opposite and a full front wardrobe with sliding doors. You can also have the added convenience of a washer and dryer on-board thanks to fact that the unit has been prepped for both.
Head to the rear of this Heartland Sundance model and find a private bunkhouse with second full bath off the rear. It also features an overhead loft. There are two slide outs in this room. The slide out along the road side features bunks with a trundle bed beneath. A ladder leads to an overhead loft for added sleeping and hanging out space that the kids will surely love. A second slide out offers an entertainment center with bunk above that slides out beneath the loft area.
A rear second bath gives the kids their own space, or it is the perfect space for extra family or friends. This bath offers a tub/shower, toilet and vanity with sink, plus linen cabinet and its own separate entry door out back.
Outside you can enjoy the added convenience of an outdoor kitchen, plus so much more!
